4.1. To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. Subscription Fees: The cost of your subscription will be outlined in your service agreement or on our pricing page.

5.2. Additional Costs: In addition to the subscription fee, the following usage-based costs apply:

Text Messages: $0.0079 per segment

Email: $0.000675 per email

Conversation AI: $0.02 per message

Reviews AI: $0.08 per message

All rates and fees are subject to change. We will provide notice of any changes to our pricing structure.

5.3. Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if payments are not made on time.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
